Design Workshop: Collaborative design for agile teams & lean organizations
For Design and Product enthusiasts in Houston: Design Thinking and Innovation, HUXPA, and Houston Product Community will have me host this Design Workshop event that will give you hands-on experience in Collaborative product design processes.
This workshop focuses on the concepts of mindful collaboration with the goal of building trust within the team. The presentation and activities are targeted towards letting you develop the concepts of design in cross-functional team scenarios.
You will learn the following workshop/collaborative activities:
Future state vision, is an activity that provides a quick understanding of the current landscape before aligning around opportunities for change
4-corners sketching, a collaborative design activity that gets the entire team on the same page about what to design and why
You will also learn tips and tricks to improve your facilitation skills.
This is an activity-based workshop, so bring your curiosity, creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to learn!
